Earlier this month I had the great pleasure of photographing a young family with roots from all over the eastern United States. You never really know what the personality of the family you are shooting will be, and I must say that this couple and their adorable young son, Oliver, were a photographers dream come true. Aside from being fun and welcoming, they naturally went into posing with little direction from me. It gave these images a slightly organic feel, which meshed well with the old farm architecture we used as backdrops. Overall, I hope to see this family again down the road! Here are some of my favorites from the day.
